As mentioned, the reference of the tiny page is
001 091 098 247 219 171 248 240 174 254
115 055 075 054 174 021 127 207 079 147
144 223 161 166 138 137 204 187 008 006

If one looks up the associated vector, one should get the vector of the tiny page:

030 001 091 098 247 219 171 248 240 174
254 115 055 075 054 174 021 127 207 079
147 144 223 161 166 138 137 204 187 008
006 030 001 171 031 081 200 193 118 006
165 192 051 027 086 137 180 133 140 121
101 071 185 160 164 174 240 188 178 187
008 006 000 002 003 001 001 000 154 009
003 082 000 003 097 098 099

One can verify the authenticity of the latter as follows: Compare the reference to Reference 0 of the bibliography. Then discard the length field, protocol version, and RIPEMD-160 hash key of the Reference 0. Then compute the RIPEMD-160 key of the remaining bytes and compare them to the RIPEMD-160 key of the given reference.

The tiny page contains a reference to the base page:

001 171 031 081 200 193 118 006 165 192
051 027 086 137 180 133 140 121 101 071
185 160 164 174 240 188 178 187 008 006

To do anything with the tiny page, one needs to load the base page first. Doing so may involve retrieval of the base page from an untrusted repository over an untrusted network. But once the base page is retrieved, one can verify the authenticity of the base page. In particular, one can verify that the retrieved version of the base page is the version that fits the given version of the tiny page.
