Use the submission form to submit a Logiweb page to the Logiwiki.

Use the header creation form to generate a prefilled submission form.

The most lazy way to generate a Logiweb page is to go to the prefilled header creation form, click "Create header", set org=foo and name=bar, and click "Submit".
